i recently stayed for 4 nights at this place and was super impressed. the spacious three-bedroom suite had a fantastic ocean view, and the kitchen setup was a big plus with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. the amount of pools and convenient parking made my stay even better!

But honestly, if I wanted to clean up after myself, I’d stay home! And let’s just say, housekeeping could use a little pep in their step.

Housekeeping inconsistencies drive me crazy!!! I've dealt with dirty bathrooms, smelly carpets, and outdated furniture!!! Maintenance response times are alarmingly slow!!! Fix the hot tub already!!!

Staff at the front desk were friendly, yet the check-in process felt disorganized. Had to wait longer than expected for our room key. The kitchen lacked some basic supplies like coffee filters. Parking could be a hassle during peak times, especially when returning from the beach. The elevators were often slow, which was frustrating. Regardless, the location was perfect, just steps away from the boardwalk and attractions. I would come back for the views and pool, but improvements on check-in and elevator service are needed.

But, darling, the water pressure in the shower was practically a drizzle-good luck washing your hair! I could've done without my own shower gymnastics.
